Peeping Tom caught in girls locker room
I don't understand how a repeat offender who has been doing this for over a decade is allowed to walk around victimizing people, without being placed on the sex offenders list. This is something that the state legislature should look into because the laws regarding lewdness are obviously seriously flawed. He should be doing hard time.
