Jerk, or Baseball Fan? Both?

I was at the laundromat earlier today, and I was watching the Red Sox game on the laundromat TV. Dice-K had just given up two runs to start the game, so I was obviously unhappy. There was a girl there doing her laundry. We were alone, and it was a little awkward. She went out to smoke a cigarette. When she came back in she tried to strike up a conversation and I shut her down. Am I a bad person? It's the playoffs man! She asked "Having fun?" and I replied "Watching baseball." I am going to die alone. That sealed it.
