Walmart Fish

I was in line to return a wireless card in Walmart today, when I saw something unusual. In front of me stood a woman with a shopping cart. There in the cart sat two bags filled with water and small fish. After focusing for a moment I realized that one of the fishes were dead. The woman had come to get a refund for a dead fish. Suddenly a man appeared. He was dressed in cowboy garb from head to toe, complete with a large brimmed cowboy hat. He had a great thick mustache, waxed to a point on the ends. Standing next to the woman and the cart, he turned to notice me staring at the dead fish with a grin across my face. His explanation: "We've come to collect on his funeral policy."
