Did you think that just because my team is out, I would stop watching baseball? You are gravely mistaken. The rest of America besides a couple hundred retirees in St. Petersburg, and all the unemployed people in Philadelphia, may have stopped watching baseball, but I will not. I'm not really rooting for anyone in particular, I just want a good series. Either way it will be a great story.
Tampa Bay was the worst team in the AL last year. They haven't been to the playoffs in their history (1998-Present)
The Phillies have only won the world series once in their team history (since 1883) and that was in 1980.
