No Heat Experiment Update

My landlords changed the wording in their contract specifically because of me. Now it says that I am responsible for the damage if the pipes explode. The pipes haven't frozen yet, nor will they, but I guess my landlords aren't as confident. I just thought it was funny that they put an updated contract with that part underlined in my mailbox.
