A Planner!

I bought a 5.00 planner from Walmart. I wanted to buy one of those fancy Franklin Covey planners, but I have no money, and I knew that the likelihood of myself successfully and consistently using a planner, was a serious long shot. So I am trying the cheap planner first. The planner also doubles as a notebook in which I can write down ideas, observations, and descriptions on the fly. So basically I am a 26 year old wannabe Harriet the Spy. But really it's to exercise my powers of observation, and to make myself a better writer. I got the idea from the writing book I found over the weekend. So yeah. I am poised and ready to take some crap for being the nerd with the notebook and the mini-pen, but hopefully its worth the hassle.

i'm sorry my friend, i would beg to differ about franklin covey planners being fancy. i always preferred flesh. much classier.

are you advocating cannibalism? if so, i am in total agreement. Cannibalism trumps Franklin Covey every time.

Remember that jamboree thing back east when we were like 14? My group all got franklin covey planners. I found it the other day and had only written on about 5 pages. You made a smart move.
